Water birthing
Water birthing is birthing your baby inside the water.in traditional natural birth, coming down the birth canal into the waiting world the baby will meet air. Coming out in warm water a child feels only familiarity. Safe & secure he does not breathe because he has come from water into water.when brought up to his face meets the air & he breathes at last.this is the benefit of water birth for a bay -a kind loving & gentle entry into this world

High risk pregnancy
A high-risk pregnancy is one of greater risk to the mother or her fetus than an uncomplicated pregnancy. Pregnancy places additional physical and emotional stress on a woman’s body. Health problems that occur before a woman becomes pregnant or during pregnancy may also increase the likelihood for a high-risk pregnancy. Various conditions like preexisting medical condition like high BP,diabetes, overweight & obesity , multiple births,old maternal age, recurrent miscarriages
Fibroid surgery
Uterine fibroids are benign tumours that are made up of the muscle and connective tissue from the wall of the uterus (womb). Fibroids may grow as a single nodule or in clusters and may range in size from one millimetre to more than 20 cm (8 inches) in diameter.
Their are options in fibroid surgery if the women has completed the family whole of the uterus with fibroids can be removed.it can be done laparoscopically or open surgery.
If women wants to have children's, removal of fibroid without removing the uterus can be done. That can be done laparoscopically,with hysteroscopy,or open abdominal approach
Hysterectomy
Hysterectomy is the surgical removal of the uterus. It may also involve removal of the cervix, ovaries, fallopian tubes and other surrounding structures.surgery is normally recommended when other treatment options are not available or have failed.patient undergoing hysterectomy can not have children's.usually done for fibroids not responding to conservative management,vaginal prolapse,chronic pelvic pain,any abnormality of uterus,endometrium.,for benign & malignant condition of uterus & cervix
IUI for infertility
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) involves a laboratory procedure to separate fast moving sperm from more sluggish or non-moving sperm.
The fast moving sperm are then placed into the woman’s womb close to the time of ovulation when the egg is released from the ovary in the middle of the monthly cycle.

Who have unexplained infertility ,ovulation problems,or if the male partner is having low sperm counts

Signs of distress in the baby
C-sections are also more common among women carrying more than one baby.
The surgery is relatively safe for mother and baby. Still, it is major surgery and carries risks. It also takes longer to recover from a C-section than from vaginal birth. After healing, the incision may leave a weak spot in the wall of the uterus. This could cause problems with an attempted vaginal birth later. However, more than half of women who have a C-section can give vaginal birth later.
Ovarian cyst & surgeries
Ovarian cysts are small fluid-filled sacs that develop in a woman's ovaries. Most cysts are harmless, but some may cause problems such as rupture, bleeding, or pain. Moreover, surgery may be required in certain situations to remove the cyst(s).

Laparoscopic surgery: The surgeon makes small incisions through which a thin scope (laparoscope) can pass into the abdomen. The surgeon identifies the cyst through the scope and may remove the cyst or take a sample from it.
